CLSM Leica TCS SP
Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope Leica TCS SP
The system is equipped with three proprietary laser lines (Ar, Kr si He-Ne) for confocal imaging in fluorescence and reflection.
The system is also adapted in-house for Laser Beam Induced Current (LBIC) Imaging.
Modes: CSLM, LBIC
Ti:Sapphire Laser for Non-linear Optical Microscopy:
Used for: Two-Photon Excitation Fluorescence (TPEF), Second Harmonic Generation Microscopy (SHG), Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Microscopy (CARS)
- Output power >3 W for high-power harmonic generation and OPO pumping
- Proprietary broadband optics covers 650–1200 nm
- Uses Millennia® series all-solid state pump laser (15 W)
- Regenerative mode-locking for long-term stability, prevention of pulse dropouts, broadest wavelength coverage, and long picosecond pulse width capability
- Low thermal expansion, Invar based resonator design
Applications
- Multiphoton microscopy
- Time-resolved fluorescence
- Pump-probe experiments
- Nonlinear spectroscopies
- Optical-computed tomography (OCT)
- Surface second harmonic generation (SHG)
- Amplifier seeding
- Terahertz imaging
- Materials processing
- Ultrafast ultrasonics
